4. Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and include photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund in such cases.
5. Refunds
